Art makes it all bearable. It is personal. It is individual. It's strange though because at the same time it is a very general thing. Art is for the consumption of the rest of the world. How much we are willing to express of ourselves in our art, is our choice. How much we are willing to devote to a global population, is up to us. But is not the best art that which goes beyond the ordinary. And what is more unusual, more diverse, than our own personal stories. We are, after all, all different.
